Essential Criteria:

- Nursing experience in Australia and recent tracking record of Current RN registration.

- It is essential that you are familiar with Best Practice Software.

- Flexibility and commitment to assist with occasional holiday/leave cover

- An energetic, enthusiastic, friendly "can do" personality

- Excellent Management and leadership skills preferred

Desirable Criteria:

- Chronic disease management experience, health assessment, diabetes education & cycle of care and mental health care will be highly emphasised.

- IV cannulation certificate

- Immunisation certificate provider

- Accreditation experience. We use Practice Hub for Policy and Procedure and compliance with current accreditation standards.

- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills required

- You must also be willing to assist our admin team with triage support and admin duties and to cover their breaks from time to time.
