Our client is one of Western Sydney's well-established and privately owned allied health businesses with over 25 years of experience, providing innovative, evidence-based paediatric and NDIS services. Our client has a strong focus on ensuring the team genuinely care about helping their clients achieve their goals of communication, engagement and participation. Whilst ensuring that therapy sessions are as fun and as interesting as possible.

About the Role
The purpose of this Speech Pathologist role is to provide assessments and treat children along with adolescents.

  • Working with a broad range of communication disorders. Whilst also running group sessions.
  • You can find yourself working within the clinic and out in the community.
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment to deliver great, evidence-based outcomes.
  • The already established caseload will consist of a mix of private and NDIS funded clients. 


  • My client is a strong believer of work / life balance. You will end your week at Midday on Fridays.

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathologist/Therapy
  • Registration with SPA & a current National Police Clearance 
  • Current drivers license & reliable car 
  • Private indemnity insurance
  • Have an understanding of paediatric OT related conditions, causes, and treatments and a thirst for learning, growth and diversity.
  • Have excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
