About The Opportunity 
The Administration Officer provides a range of administrative support to the Perioperative Department within Campbelltown Hospital. Campbelltown Hospital is recruiting for an Administration Officer to complement and enhance the current Perioperative Department.

What you'll be doing

Administration staff within Primary & Community Health are required to provide an efficient and effective administrative and general clerical service including front line reception, customer service and Medical Record management. This position will work 2 days per week for the domestic violence team and 1 day in the general administration team, both located at Hoxton Park Community Health Centre.
 

How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Demonstrated experience in reception and general administration in a high demand team orientated environment
  2. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise work activities to achieve work outcomes
  3. Ability to apply knowledge and a high level of accuracy when working with a range of computer systems and processes
  4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality service outcomes
  5. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  6. Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  7. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
