An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Education Unit as a Clinical Educator to support the Graduate Nurse Programs across acute and subacute services at Austin Health. The role is a fixed term full time (1.0 EFT) position for 12 months.

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate:

  • Ability to liaise and communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders

  • Understanding of Graduate programs 

  • Ability to create a positive learning environment in which the requirements of Austin Health are met, competency is achieved 

  • Committment to supporting and developing the future nursing workforce

  • Motivation and enthusiasm

  • Excellent leadership skills
