Full Job Description
A new opportunity has opened for an allied health professional to join our Rehabilitation Consultants to learn and develop as a professional in the delivery of workplace rehabilitation and injury management services to a portfolio of customers in Canberra.

Our Rehabilitation Consultants are valuable team members that use case management skills and a strong customer focus to provide rehabilitation services, including specialised assessments, to APM WorkCare's clients from a range of backgrounds from Workers Compensation and CTP claims to corporate Australia, Comcare to ACT public sector.

A day in the life of a Rehabilitation Consultant

Based in Canberra, you will be working with medical and health professionals, supporting injured employees with consultative rehabilitation services, conducting specialised assessment services related to your specific discipline.

Our focus is on health and safety, and we want you to assist people while reducing the impact of absence for the individual, the employer’s team and business.

As a case manager, you will provide a single point of contact to work with all key parties, including employers, insurer, and medical practitioners, making sure everyone has the right information and commitment to safe recovery.

This role is open to experienced professionals and graduates.

allied health qualifications (Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Rehab Counsellor, Psychologists or Registered Nurse)
professional registration (AHPRA, ESSA, etc)
