We have a new opportunity for a People & Culture Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. Working closely with the Recruitment, Payroll and Support teams, this position ensures an efficient onboarding process for new employees and provides onboarding assistance to our people and our leaders. This role also provides immigration advice and coordinates all sponsorships and relocations.

To be successful in the role, you will be an enthusiastic team player who can work without direct supervision, possess demonstrated initiative and takes accountability for people issues. You will have Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive working relationships and effectively engage and influence key stakeholders. Excellence in customer service is important to you, as is being detail orientated and efficient.
