What you'll be doing

To support and assist the operation of the Organisational Development team through implementing Organisational Development strategies to meet the needs of the different occupational groups across NSW Health Pathology.
 
Coordination and support of learning and development programs and other initiatives in Organisational Development. Responsible for the learning management system administration function for NSW Health Pathology.

  1. Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Learning and Development, Human Resource Management, Adult Education or equivalent (or currently undertaking) or extensive demonstrated experience in a learning and development role.
  2. Experience in the development of training programs and materials including the ability to apply adult learning principles.
  3. Experience in the coordination of training programs across a geographically dispersed organisation.
  4. Experience in the administration of a learning management system, preferably HETI online.
  5. Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as proven interpersonal and consultative skills.
  6. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to complete).
  7. Ability to adopt, work by and model the NSW Health Pathology values of RITE. Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence and promote these within your team and NSW Health Pathology.
