The Role

We have a number of Full-Time positions available for a Day Tours Consultant to work at our Darwin depot, to help bring the top end to life! This is a chance to work within a small tight knit team. A great entry level tourism role for a customer service professional or for a seasoned travel/sales professional looking for a sea change as the domestic tourism boom continues!

Key responsibilities will include:
Promoting, selling and providing advice on our amazing AAT Kings products
To create lifetime memories for our guests
Liasise regularly with our operations team
Provide recommendations and exceptional face-to-face customer service
Process bookings for breathtaking itineraries
Manage day to day admin duties
Assist with coach dispatch as required

Who we’re looking for

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Excellent people skills and a track record in customer service
Energy to ensure our guests enjoy their time with us
Ability to communicate effectively
High level of time management and organisational skills
Be comfortable addressing guest enquiries
Great problem solver and work well under pressure
Previous administration experience

Applicants must be available to work flexible hours, including some weekend shifts, to ensure our guests experience the trip of a lifetime.

Those with a travel/tourism background will be highly regarded.
