Yarraman Nursing home is a 30 bed residential facility located in suburban Noble Park, providing high level nursing care to our residents. Yarraman was opened in 2009 in a refurbished building. We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing high quality personalised care and services that meets the needs to each individual's health and wellbeing, goals and preferences. About the Role

The current opportunity is for a full-time short-term contract commencing 28/6/2021 or as soon as possible there after until the 12/9/2021, with fixed days and shifts. You must be able to work night shifts commencing at 9 pm and finishing at 0730 am Wednesday to Saturday commencing 28/ 6/2021until 12 September 2021.

About You

We look for you to bring motivation and passion to create a comfortable and caring environment with empathy and drive to make a difference to the lives of those we care for. You are also an advocate of Monash Health’s Strategic Guiding Principles.

You also possess:

  • Awareness of ACFI requirement and assessments and documentation

  • understanding of the new national standards of residential care and the Aged care quality Standards

  • understanding of NDIS quality standards

What you need

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an endorsed Enrolled Nurse

  • Australian working rights

  • relevant working Visa

  • previous experience in aged care

  • Current Police Check, NDIS workers Check and Working with Children's check

  • Evidence of current influenza vaccination and can provide evidence of current vaccination status as per Monash health requirements
