The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Clinical Specialist to join a successful DePuy Synthes team to look after the Joints portfolio, as well as parts of the Shoulder and Trauma portfolio.
  • Help develop and drive business in a key territory of NSW/ACT
  • Provide clinical support to nurses and surgeons in theatres as required and ensure products are being used safely
  • Develop strong relationship with key opinion leaders, surgeons and nursing staff
  • Provide support to the sales team with highly technical data and product expertise
  • Provide technical support to physicians, nurses and other medical professionals on company products and services.
  • Educate and demonstrate clinical use of products.
Qualifications

About YOU:

You are a dedicated and passionate individual who thrives on customer service and has a knack for presenting technical information in an understandable manner. You will have:
  • Strong communication with good listening skills is a must as is being proactive and anticipating customer needs before they arise.
  • Work as a part of a collaborative team with the local Product Specialist
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage your own time
  • Experience in the medical devices industry &/or;
  • A background in Engineering, Nursing (theatre), Physiotherapy or other related discipline;
  • Confidence in your ability to work effectively in the operating theatre, demonstrating a high level of clinical expertise whilst being extremely effective at imparting information of a highly technical nature.
