About the role:
Plan, develop and deliver education and training programs for all operational and clinical employees of Eldercare
Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business
Full-Time Permanent role
Conveniently located in Eastwood

As the Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering professional educational support and guidance to site-based clinical and care roles. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach and a drive to succeed. You will work closely with the Operational Services leadership team to integrate contemporary information and legislation to design and guide Eldercare’s clinical education program.

To excel in the role, you will be solutions-focused and committed to providing excellence in Clinical Education. Eldercare has an inclusive high performing culture, and we are seeking a forward-thinking educator to inspire, coach, mentor and influence our employees providing care and services to residents.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Registration with AHPRA as a Health Professional (Allied Health or Registered Nurse).
At least 3 years post-registration experience.
Tertiary Qualifications within healthcare or education or Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or prepared to undertake this education).
Significant demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training and education and measuring outcomes, within a health or aged care setting.
Previous experience working in the health and/or community sector.
Demonstrated experience in designing inclusive education and training programs.
