Part Time Fixed Term ( 26 July 2021 - 26 June 2022)

Salary Range: $ 95,883 - $106,044 (Plus Super)

About the role

Calvary's Physiotherapy Department is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented person with exceptional interpersonal skills, who is comfortable working in an environment committed to safety and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will manage and deliver physiotherapy services within Calvary's physiotherapy outpatient team. The role also involves the supervision of staff and students.

b) Describe a situation where you had a difficult working relationship or breakdown in communication? (maximum 400 words)

  • Why was this situation difficult?
  • What strategies did you utilise to address the situation?
  • What was the outcome and were you successful in achieving the objectives?
  • How will you use the lessons from this situation to ensure a successful job share working relationship?
2: Current Resume, highlighting your physiotherapy skills (4 page max) including the names and contact details of two professional referees (one must be your current or recent physiotherapy supervisor)
