Registered Nurse - Manager of Quality, Compliance & Governance

Opportunity to join a leading non-for-profit supporting 3 nursing homes encompassing approximately 160 residents in close proximity , in a great sea side location in South Australia. The town has well supported infrastructure, and airport and beautiful landscape to visit in all directions. Also fantastic location to get onto the property ladder! .

The management team is supportive, strong finance team, Great Facility Manager, who is supported by a Clinical Nurse Specialist who helps support the Facility Manager with the ACFI, The administration team which handles roster, maintenance and sales. Great HR Manager and CEO , the Facilities are at about 95% capacity . Well supported by RNs, EENs and PCAs.

You will be providing comprehensive written reports on audit and clinical data findings to the Quality and Risk Coordinator for the purposes of communicating to the relevant committees and up to Board of Governance level.

Experience required

  • Experienced Aged Care Registered Nurse 3+ years
  • Experience in 2+ years reporting, auditing, quality and risk
  • Strong knowledge of the Aged Care standards
  • Successfully assisting facility in passing accreditation.
  • Strong computer skills, is confident incident management and Microsoft Office. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to complete impartial and objective investigations, whilst practising with empathy and compassion.


  • Great Salary $130,000 base + Super (maybe negotiable)
  • Non-for-profit - $16,000 tax free
  • Relocation Assistant - $2,000
  • Permanent role , with 6 months free accommodation! Possible of a 6 month contract with the view to Permanent
  • Ability to work from home occasionally, although very little travel.
  • No people management
