Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking a dynamic Registered Midwife to join our team at Cantebury Hospital!

Do you have a current midwifery registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)?

Do you have demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team?

Canterbury Maternity is looking for new team members across all areas of maternity. We are a passionate, enthusiastic, woman-centred team and would love like minded midwives to join us. 

The Registered Midwife is responsible for the provision of woman centred; evidence- based midwifery care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Midwife will assess, plan, implement and evaluate midwifery care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

To be considered for this role you must have…

  • The ability to participate in a seven day rotating roster
