The primary purpose of the role is to support ongoing implementation of our global recognition program – ‘GenesisCares’. A Recognition Program Manager will manage day to day processes and coordination of recognition initiatives, including manage the global network of recognition ambassadors.

What You’ll Do

  • Management and coordination of ongoing global recognition initiatives.
  • Ongoing process improvement and streamlining.
  • Regular reporting on progress and engagement.
  • Regular liaison with stakeholders across the business.
  • Drafting of communication and recognition collateral for the business.
  • Facilitation of regular meetings with key recognition stakeholders.
  • Support ad-hoc remuneration and benefits projects and processes where necessary.
  • Working cooperatively within a team, exchange information and support other team members to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Ensuring all work undertaken complies and promotes with the GenesisCare purpose, vision and values.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of demonstrated general human resources experience
  • Advanced excel and power point skills
  • Working knowledge of recognition best practice.
  • Broad knowledge of Human Resource organisational policies and practices.
  • Data analytics capability and experience
  • Basic business knowledge and understanding.
  • Relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated.
  • Business partnering capability.
