Full Job Description
Do you have a passion for working with disadvantaged Youth? Here is your chance to work with individuals that have multiple barriers to employment. Your future employer is a well-known charitable organisation that sees it as their mission to enable young people to live their life to the fullest. They are looking to add an Employment Youth Worker to their team in Launceston, TAS. due to additional demand for their services.

Undertake intensive case management for program participants
Refer to specialist services and employment mentors
Develop and implement strategies designed to overcome barriers
Build on strengths/resources and create a pathway to successful workplace participation
Work between Devonport and Launceston, be part of a larger team

An advocate for vulnerable members within the community
Bachelor in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or Behavioural Science
Relevant registrations not necessary, but must be eligible
Passion for working with disadvantaged youth

$73k + NFP salary packaging + Super $$$
