About the role:


MediRecords is on the lookout for a Support Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. You'll be the first point of contact for the business - primarily handling enquiries from Practice Managers, Medical Receptionists and Clinicians via chats/calls/emails ranging from general queries to troubleshooting and incident escalation. When not helping clients your duties will include documenting bugs, cleaning up client/patient pages and database, completing SLA reports and other admin duties.


When our customers contact the desk, you are able to retrieve the relevant information and immediately address their query or create and see-through their request via an internal support ticket all the while ensuring a satisfying customer experience. Alternatively, should the need arise, your documentation and organisational skills will provide actionable information for the wider MediRecords team to progress the query with appropriate urgency.


About you:


You are a detail-oriented person who can work autonomously and conscientiously on a roster including some weekends and public holidays. Ideally but not mandatory, you have worked in a Healthcare environment previously and can collaborate effectively with others while also demonstrating your unique abilities. You get satisfaction from contributing to a larger team effort.


Your skills and experience:


  • You have a positive attitude and can handle multiple priorities and workloads.
  • You're able to follow and adhere to SLAs and KPIs, and willing to learn from continuous feedback and training.
  • You're a quick learner and can handle steep learning curves in the health-tech domain.
  • You are fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You're willing to work on a roster including weekends and public holidays to ensure coverage with our hours of operation.



Nice to Have:


  • Work experience in the healthcare industry, health insurance or Medicare claiming such as practice administration or medical receptionist would be a massive bonus.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and support systems (i.e. Zendesk, JIRA).
  • Customer service experience in a technology environment or interest in technology.
