About the Role:

An unmissable opportunity has arisen to appoint a Medical Sales Manager - VIC (Central & South-East) responsible for leading our high-performing medical sales team.

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, this position represents a genuine opportunity for an individual who is driven, adaptable and able to work across all levels of healthcare. The role covers multiple Business Units, including Urology/Gynae, Advanced Energy, Gastroenterology and Endo Therapy. In this role you can expect to be involved in leading, coaching and motivating your team, building sales pipelines, and implementing strategies in line with Olympus business objectives.

Tracking the sales team's performance to budget, infield coaching, and customer engagement will be the cornerstone to your success. Guided by the Group Sales Manager, you will work collaboratively to ensure that your territory's business plan and related activities are aligned to the divisions' sales and marketing priorities.

You are aseasoned professional sales leader with the ability to set and deliver strategy and harnessing the best out of your team. You are motivated to succeed, pivot when challenges are presented and thrive working toward targets. Coupled with your sales experience you will be engaging and ready to delight our customers. In addition, you possess:

  • True leadership and management skills with proven experience in coaching and developing others
  • Solutions-selling skills and be able to quickly build long-lasting relationships with our customers
  • Highly developed presentation skills, ability to foster positive working relationships
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, Nursing or Health will be highly regarded.
