About the role:
Glen Innes Community Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) Level 3 to join the team in providing a high quality clinical serviceto clients and their families/carers to ensure the provision of optimal outcomes for consumers of the service. This is a permanent full time rural generalist OT Level 3 position based in Glen Innes, covering clinical areas of acute care and community. You will be supported in this role by links with staff at Armidale and a friendly team.

About the service:
Glen Innes Community Health provides a range of services across community nursing, child and family health, mental health and drug and alcohol counselling. Clinics within the facility include a foot clinic, dietitian, cardiac rehabilitation, speech therapy and audiometry.

About you:
You are a highly motivated Occupational Therapist with strong time management and clinical prioritization skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage your own workload. You have high level verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences. You also have an ability to independently problem-solve and apply professional and ethical boundaries when working with complex situations as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
