Position Overview:
The Technical Solutions Technician is responsible for the receipting, processing and calibration of Thermometry medical device equipment that is returned from customers or the Sales team. This position will actively communicate with customers and third-party service providers to ensure services are effective and customer requirements are met.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound freight from customers
  • Perform receipt, unpacking, decontamination and booking in of returned equipment.
  • Complete all planned Technical, Quality and Compliance training within the defined deadlines
  • Perform complaints investigation following established procedures as required.
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced change environment managing competing priorities.
  • Attention to detail, exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with multiple groups internally
and externally.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication.
  • Driven with ability to work independently under minimal supervision as well as part of a team
