They offer health services to individuals and organizations to help address issues that may impact on an individual’s wellbeing and workplace performance. They also provide vocational, educational and professional training services to a variety of industries.

About the role

  • Permanent Role
  • Part-time - 4 days per week
  • Locations: 
  • Central Coast – Wyong & Gosford
  • Hunter - Newcastle & Charlestown
  • Working hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm - may be flexible
  • Can be based either at Central Coast OR Hunter as you can service the other location via telehealth
  • You can choose to be based in one region and visit the other region once a month
  • Caseload:
  • Work with a range of stakeholders to deliver health solutions to Government and private industry. A Health Services Officer conducts a variety of functions including assessments, individual and group interventions, case reviews, peer support to our stakeholders and sustainability programs with employers.
  • Assessments for physical work capacity including an awareness of multidisciplinary barriers.
  • Functional capacity testing, ergonomics and worksite assessments where appropriate.
  • Solution focused evidence-based rehabilitation links to employment
  • Work conditioning and strengthening programs.
  • Liaison with medical and community health services.


  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • ESSA registration
  • A current Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Full driver's licence
