Targeted Brief Intervention Mental Health Clinician



  • Fixed term Part Time 0.8EFT (maternity leave coverage)

  • Working over 7 days, morning/afternoon shifts

  • Based in NAMHS Hotham Street

Northern Area Mental Health Service (NAMHS) is looking for a Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 3, Social Worker Grade 2, or Occupational Therapist Grade 2 to join the team!


Your success in this role, will be your ability to



  • Being a single point of contact within the Community Team

  • Building a therapeutic alliance with the consumer and family/carers

  • Delivering targeted interventions


Your contribution



  • Ability to work with consumers, family and carers from a range of cultural backgrounds, and to provide gender sensitive services

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development for self and for team members

  • Ability to speak a community language
