The opportunities will allow you to increase your Injury Management skills and continue providing Rehabilitation Consulting to patients. This leading Rehab Provider thrive off a collaborative and fun working setting as you continue to assist clients overcome their injuries.

Role Overview: - Roles sit across offices in Melbourne. Open to experienced Rehab or Allied Health Professionals and/or Graduates in this field.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant or Occupational Therapist you will play a vital role in the provision of workplace rehabilitation services to help build better lives through work and health. As a valued part of the team your key responsibilities will include working with people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enable a safe return to work with either their same employer or a new employer as part of their rehabilitation

  • Managing a caseload of workplace rehabilitation files and coordinating services to ensure that they achieve their return to work goals.
  • Completing high quality assessments and services such as Initial Assessments, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments etc.
  • Completing NDIS assessments and services if desired and in areas matching allied health discipline.
  • Developing exceptionally well written reports and management plans that incorporate useful and cutting edge strategies and interventions.
  • Providing services across different environments including work places, homes, community programs and/or the clients offices.
  • Entering all information, notes, time spent and documents are entered daily into our clients online case management database

Skills and Experience:

  • Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Consultant and/or Physiotherapist degree and full AHPRA/ESSA or SIRA registration (required) 
  • Workplace Rehabilitation experience (desirable)
  • Care about providing exceptional customer service
  • Passionate about helping people to achieve their goals
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately
  • Take pride in your work and focus on excellent quality
  • Car and licence 
  • A current National Police Clearance and Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
