For over 35 years Premium Health has been Australia's premium first aid, health care and mental health training provider.


Due to significant growth, we are looking for a Registered Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse who is an experienced Educator/Trainer to join our professional, dynamic and friendly team. The successful person will have 2-3 set weekdays available per week and the flexibility to sometimes take on additional work due to increased business demands and growth.

As a Sydney Trainer and Assessor, you can expect to:


  • Lead group training classes (via Zoom and face to face) sharing your skills and expertise
  • Work with clients across a diverse range of industries and sectors, from corporate to government to community
  • Be 'on the go' - travelling to different training locations each day within Sydney's metropolitan suburbs (and occasionally further afield)
  • Undertake continued professional development and gain hands-on experience
  • Have access to innovative training equipment and facilities
  • Be part of a positive, friendly, supportive and adaptable team

Background and Experience


As an experienced and passionate trainer, you:

  • Must reside and hold full working rights in Australia
  • Must be an experienced RN or EEN (nurses with current aged care or disability support/NDIS experience will be highly regarded)
  • Have experience as a nurse educator or trainer
  • Have a current Cert IV TAE40116 (or within one month of completing this qualification)
  • Are comfortable utilising technology when delivering courses virtually or face-to-face
  • Possess a Working with Children Check or are willing to apply for one
  • Are willing to consent to Premium Health conducting a Criminal History Check
  • Hold a current drivers' licence
  • Have your own reliable and insured vehicle
  • Are willing to travel around Sydney
  • Are aligned with our company values


The following experience will be highly regarded:

  • Experience in the VET sector in individual support, disability or aged care
  • Experience in training with emergency services, life saving or St John Ambulance


Trainers are provided with a solid induction, comprehensive first aid and health care kit with all the necessary equipment and resources.
