Based in Kingsville, this is an opportunity to take on an exciting role in a phase of rapid growth, with a leading community care organisation with a reputation for excellence. If you are a new graduate Social Worker, with placement experience in the Community Aged Care sector, in particular, Home Care Packages, and are now looking to secure a full time position with an organisation you can grow your career with, we would love to speak with you! We are looking for dynamic, energetic Care Advisors who have great transferable skills, love learning new skills and are committed and willing to grow their career in this sector. You will be commencing as a locum Case Manager, with excellent support and mentoring as you grow in the role, and there is the potential for this position to become permanent if its a great fit for you and the organisation!

To apply for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Understanding of the community care sector, HCP or CHSP knowledge is an advantage
  • Qualifications in Social Work
  • Strong IT skills
  • Positive, flexible and dynamic personality, a self starter who has a genuine desire to assist clients to maintain their independence and stay connected within their community
  • Able to work 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Drivers licence, willing to travel across Melbourne for client home visits when needed
