POSITION SUMMARY:

Manager, PSRACS Standards Support & Capability 

Do you have demonstrated expertise in innovative approaches to program management with a focus on quality improvement, clinical governance and risk management? A dynamic leader is sought to support a culture of continuous improvement in public sector residential aged care services (PSRACS) and support services to meet Commonwealth regulatory requirements. This position works in partnership with Victorian health services to deliver safe, high quality care and services to residents of PSRACS.

Are you

  • Experienced in aged care and passionate about high quality care for aged care residents?
  • Looking to lead strategic, state-wide projects that support strong leadership and build capacity in the public sector residential aged care sector to deliver care excellence?
  • Capable of engaging with and influencing stakeholders across government and the health and aged care sectors?
  • Consumer focused and looking to improve knowledge and experience of consumers in their interaction with public sector residential aged care?
