POSITION SUMMARY:

Senior Practice Adviser

Working within the Public Sector Residential Aged Care Services (PSRACS) Standards Support & Capability team, you will provide high level expertise and advice to PSRACS to support them to deliver safe, high quality care to residents and meet Commonwealth regulatory requirements. This position contributes to the development and implementation of a range of improvement projects and program priorities designed to build capability and support continuous improvement in public sector residential aged care services. This position also provides advice on key reforms impacting residential aged care services.

Critical to this role is the ability to work effectively with residential aged care services and Health Services and to partner with a range of stakeholders.
