JOB DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and suitably qualified People & Culture Senior Advisor to join the People & Culture team at Latrobe Regional Hospital on a Full Time 12 Month Fixed Term basis for 80 hours per fortnight.


Reporting to the People & Culture Manager the successful applicant will play an important role in the provision of high quality operational and strategic Human Resources services to achieve organisational outcomes through an engaged and enabled workforce.


The successful applicant will be required to:



  • Partner across the organisation

  • Support the management of employee relations issues

  • Provide leadership in Enterprise Agreement interpretation and provide advice and guidance to management and staff on a broad range of human resources issues

  • Support a wide range of innovative change management processes
