Ongoing full time temp opportunity, with a view to permanent
Scoresby Location
$28.86 + Super + onsite car parking
A number of ongoing opportunities are available for technically minded, experienced and passionate customer service consultants. This global organisation specialising in home appliances, have a reputation for high quality and a premium customer service to match.

Working within the general enquiries team you will play an integral role in providing first contact resolution and provide support and product information to not only consumers but also internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will incorporate:
Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers as well as internal and external stakeholders
Respond in an efficient and professional manner to all consumers
Process orders in a timely manner and display a sense of urgency towards customer enquiries
Management and first call resolution of customer concerns
Provide product information and technical assistance
Proactively maintain an up to date knowledge of all products and services to ensure a superior experience for the consumers

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:

Previous experience in a customer service role
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills
Professional telephone manner and possess a high level of resilience
Proven ability to meet KPI’s
This is a full time (37.5 hrs) temp opportunity, starting in June 2021

Successful candidates will be flexible to work over a 6 day rotating roster. The operational hours of the centre are 8am-7pm (non-daylight savings 7pm) Mon-Fri and Saturday 9am-5pm.
