The Role

Due to expansion, as well as a growth in our client portfolio, we are looking to hire an ambitious, energetic yet highly professional Healthcare focused Recruitment Specialist to join our team, the role will at times see your working onsite alongside one of our key accounts.

The Healthcare division of KE Select is constantly growing and evolving, with some great global & local gov based key accounts to be nurtured and developed. 

Every individual employee at KE Select will be given the opportunity to focus on their key strengths. We are looking for that special person to join the team, set up a professional structure by utilising the CRM system that we have in place (JobAdder) and to help build the business / healthcare division. This is a great opportunity to eventually build and manage a desk that that is already heating up with some great prospects ready for attention.

The main duties of the role include;

  • Client Key Account Management 
  • Business Development - identifying new opportunities and building on the current permanent client and contractor base, cold calling, email campaigns etc. 
  • CRM - Update and manage the CRM software that we are currently using.
  • Client visits - Set up and attend meetings with prospective clients.
  • Candidate Pooling
  • Candidate interviewing / reference checking etc
  • Advertising vacancies
  • Managing and developing existing accounts

The role reports directly to a highly experienced National Division Manager. You will be given internal support and assistance with Business Development and administration.

This is a 360 recruitment role with the main focus being on developing the business that we have on site.

The Person

To be successful in this role we would prefer you have some previous recruitment experience, preferably within the Healthcare / Pathology / Scientific sector. 

Applicants should have a natural flair for client customer service, key account management and business development. 

Be in a position to support city based clients, as onsite working will be part of the role

A healthcare medical or Scientific qualification alongside some recruitment experience would be highly significant.
