JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Injury Management Specialist in our Western Sydney region you will play a vital role in the success of the Sydney team by managing some of our largest customers and facilitating growth of the business unit. By drawing upon your extensive experience and strong profile within the industry, the Injury Management Specialist will deliver services and implement Service Agreements with key customers requiring a specific focus as per business unit needs. The Injury Management Specialist will also play a significant part in building the foundations of a growing portfolio and team, which brings opportunities for role variance and progression.

As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with the Account Manager to facilitate growth and stability in the Sydney Region
  • Maintain quality across customer as per SLA requirements in regard to rates, costs and durations
  • Implement service as per Customer SLA
  • Support team so that they undertake work in accordance with customer requirements
  • Complete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claims
  • Represent Kairros at public forums and on various committees as required
  • Opportunity to build your personal brand

What you'll bring to the role

  • Allied Health qualifications & registration
  • Significant occupational rehabilitation industry experience
  • A specialist skill set and have a solid reputation and profile internally, and within the industry, based on knowledge and skills
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of occupational rehabilitation services and strategic management of a portfolio
  • Customer service orientation with experience managing customer service agreements
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate referrals and build portfolio
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience training, coaching and developing others
  • Willingness to be based from the Newcastle Office and build a team culture to foster long term business growth
  • Willingness to travel (car and license essential)
