JOB DESCRIPTION

What your day will look like:

As the Team Leader you will provide leadership and management to IPAR staff, ensuring that business objectives are met, as well as:

  • Managing a caseload of clients, supporting them to return to work following a workplace injury or illness
  • Supporting and mentoring a small team of high performing consultants
  • Promoting the growth and development of a regional office
  • Undertake business development activities to grow existing and new business.
  • Undertaking a variety of assessments and services, to support clients back to work
  • Working with a variety of stakeholders - injured clients, employers, insurers, treating health practitioners - to facilitate a safe and sustainable return to work for your clients.

Qualifications

Our next team member will possess:

  • Allied health qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise physiologist, Psychologist or Rehab Counsellor with accreditation
  • A passion for improving lives through work and health
  • Enthusiasm for professional development
  • Strong desire to be part of a dynamic, social and hard-working team!
  • At least 1- 2 years experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide team members
