This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for up to 6 months with the possibility of extension/s.

Position Profile: The Team Leader Performance Management contributes to the development and implementation of a robust performance management framework for the WA health system. The position coordinates the monitoring and evaluation of WA health system performance, identification of performance concerns, provision of advice on the appropriate response and intervention, and evaluation of Health Service Provider remediation plans.
