SACS Administration Assistant

  • Full Time Position, working 80hrs per fortnight with ADO

  • Based at Royal Melbourne Hospital, Royal Park Campus

Your New Team

  • Provide administrative support for the Direct Access Unit working within SACS and the Transition Care Program-Home Based.

  • Generate and input of data and reporting, telephone management, invoicing and administrative duties.

  • Make significant contributions to the ongoing success of the SACS team.

  • Develop processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy is maintained.

Your Contribution

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting demands and timelines

  • Excellent PC, MS Office and database management skills

  • Energetic administration skills including data entry, telephone management and attention to detail
