Salary: MP Year 1-7 $131,299 - $175,977 p.a (inclusive of base salary, 9.5% superannuation and professional development allowance)

Position Profile: This position provides a high quality clinical service to older patients with disabilities and frailty. Successful applicants will work under the supervision of the Geriatric Medicine Physician and within a multidisciplinary team to review the aged care rehabilitation and medical needs of the patients at the hospital. They will also work at a peripheral hospital providing aged care rehabilitation and community assessments with a geriatrician, and provide teaching and support to Resident Medical Officers and Interns. Positions may involve working with Ortho-geriatric services and Rehabilitation in the Home programs.

Applicants will be considered for various positions across the Metropolitan and Country Health Services participating in the Inter-Hospital Rotating Scheme (IHRS) including: Royal Perth Bentley Group (RPBG); Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group (FSFHG); Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Hospital Group (SCGOPHCG); Joondalup Health Campus; SJOG Midland Public Hospital; Rockingham General Hospital; Bunbury Regional Hospital; and Albany Regional Hospital.
