About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Eastern Health, Child Youth Mental Health Service, Specialist Child Team for children 0-12 years based at Box Hill.

This Child Team commenced in 2016 providing an expansion of clinical services with the aim of improving the accessibility and effectiveness of specialist child mental health services to 0 – 12 year olds and their families and or carers. This team has a particular remit on working to improve the outcomes for children who have experienced trauma or family violence, are in/at risk of entering the child protection system, have an intellectual disability/developmental delay, and are of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, in addition to experiencing significant mental health difficulties.
