Job Description

The Workforce Manager is responsible for managing the efficient and effective operation of the recruitment and workforce transactions service and specialised Aboriginal programs in close collaboration with the St Vincent’s Health Network Sydney ( Network ) senior managers delivering a high level of customer service and stakeholder engagement.

As a senior member of the broader People & Culture team reporting directly to Director of People & Culture, the Workforce Manager is to provide leadership, strategic direction and guidance in the development, integration, review and co-ordination of recruitment, workforce transactions and compliance within a supported self-service business partnering model. The position plays a pivotal role in managing organisational change through workforce and strategic planning, policies and programs and initiatives.

The vacancy is open to Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens who hold a valid New Zealand passport, Australian permanent residents and those non-residents deemed by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship to be eligible to work in Australia only.
