A Typical Week Will Involve

  • Monitoring and reviewing outcome tracker regularly to ensure data is accurate and up to date
  • Lodging eligible claims in quick time frames
  • Tracking placements and providing post placement support at agreed intervals (4, 12 and 26 week outcome periods)
  • Ensuring all supporting evidence obtained as per contractual requirements
  • Provide proactive mentoring and support to employers and Jobseekers
  • Liaising with internal and external Stakeholders as required to ensure claims are lodged within required time frames
  • General administrative support as required


About You
  • Customer service experience
  • The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
  • Experience working with targets and KPIs preferred
  • Strong administration skills (including Excel, Outlook)
  • Problem-solving and solutions focus
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environment essential
