About Us

Monash Health Physiotherapy is a dynamic service with dedicated, highly skilled physiotherapists. The team includes approximately 200 Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistants providing services across 5 Acute and Sub Acute Hospitals.

The musculoskeletal stream is a team of 24 Physiotherapists providing services across the network. The stream has grown in recent years, particularly in the field of Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.

As a valuable member of a wider team, we are committed to working with you to become your professional best. We offer clinical education sessions, training on the job and career progression to enable you to further develop your Clinical and Leadership skills.

About the Role

This is a rotational position, with the opportunity to work across our areas including orthopaedic and trauma inpatient units, Outpatients, and Pain Services.

You will be supported by a large, progressive and dynamic Physiotherapy department and is a fantastic opportunity for new or experienced Grade 2 Physiotherapists. This position will form part of a Grade 2 Musculoskeletal rotation program between sites at Monash Health.

About You

As a new or experience Grade 2 physiotherapist, you will have recent clinical experience in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. You will have advanced clinical reasoning skills and experience in clinical education. With your caring and engaging manner you will work over a variety sites and will be required to work Monday to Friday with some weekend work expected. You will have access to resources to support you in this position, enabling you to further advance your leadership and clinical skills whilst delivering a high standard of patient care. 

What you need:

  • Current AHPRA registration and proven clinical experience;

  • Relevant working visa; and

  • Relevant qualifications.
