Who are we looking for?

AnglicareSA operates six residential aged care facilities across metropolitan Adelaide, where older people are respected, their needs are met and their dignity and independence is maintained. Strong clinical capability and governance are key to meeting these needs.

We are seeking a passionate Clinical Lead to provide contemporary evidence-based clinical guidance, support, and education to the Clinical and Care Teams across our residential aged care service.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Assist in the development, implementation and review of the Clinical Governance Framework and associated policies and practices.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of engaging education programs.
  • Provide clear, consistent feedback on clinical governance outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide clinical leadership, information and advice that supports the provision of evidence-based high quality care and services.
  • Proactively encourage a team environment and a 'learning culture'.

What do you need to bring?

  • Bachelor of Nursing and current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Postgraduate studies in a related field and Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment are desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior clinical role, preferably within an environment subject to accreditation.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering education programs to improve clinical outcomes.
  • Strong commitment to excellence and quality in the provision of aged care related services with sound knowledge of continuous improvement, quality principles and accreditation.
