Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of six (6) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.

Position Profile: These roles provide and coordinate comprehensive Medical Imaging services to patients at an advanced practice level. Plans, implements and evaluates patient safety and quality of care. Ensures practice is in accordance with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia Code of Conduct, the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia Registration Standards and SMHS policies and guidelines.

Area Profile: Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine.
