JOB DESCRIPTION

Albany Children's Physio is seeking a Part-time Receptionist to join a new and rapidly expanding Clinic. We are a progressive practice, known for delivering exceptional patient outcomes in a fun, friendly and relaxed environment.

About the role

  • Part -time Reception position with the potential to increase to full-time in the future for the right person.
  • Availability on Tuesdays and Fridays (These days are non-negotiable).
  • Work hours are 9:00am – 5.00pm, but we are happy to negotiate these hours for a suitable applicant.
  • Based in Albany Western Australia.

The Successful Applicant will possess:

  • Experience in a similar reception (healthcare) or administration role.
  • You are smart, fast and confident.
  • You are extremely accountable for your outcomes.
  • You thrive on personal development. You know the value of coaching.
  • You demand excellence of yourself and thrive on feedback.
  • You are results-focused and drive yourself to get the best results.
  • You are a lighting fast learner.
  • You're highly resilient and adaptable.
  • Computer skills (medical software, email, excel, etc).
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent customer service to clients and other health professionals.
  • The ability to maintain strict confidentiality with regards to clients and practice matters.
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple high priority tasks.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in office administration tasks and invoicing.
  • Willingness to adapt to the ever-changing roles and responsibilities that a new and growing clinic requires.
