Royal Prince Alfred Hospital is now recruiting Registered Nurses to a Nursing and Midwifery Staff Bank.

We’re offering permanent roles with the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical areas and departments. Clinical Areas include; Medical and Surgical wards, Anaesthetics, Scrub/ Scout, Recovery, Radiology, Emergency and Intensive Care Services.

If you have completed a Transition to Professional Practice Program and have experience in any of the areas below and want the opportunity to build your career, this opportunity is for you! The RPA Staff Bank offers you the opportunity for extended rotations in exciting clinical areas, professional development, clinical support and a permanent role.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

To be considered for this role you must have…

  • Current Australian work rights

  • Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)

  • The ability to participate in a 7 day rotating roster
