What You Will Be Doing
Clinical educators are integral members of the education and clinical leadership teams. They develop collaborative partnerships with Nurse Unit Managers, Operations Directors and other key stakeholders to develop education programs that support staff to mitigate risk in clinical practice and develop along the novice to expert continuum. They coordinate and participate in delivery of education services across Peninsula Health and provide clinical support for staff and learners.>
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Current, condition-free AHPRA nursing registration.
• Postgraduate qualifications in critical care/emergency nursing.
• Postgraduate education qualifications.
• Current and extensive experience working within an emergency setting.
• Prior experience in teaching or supporting learners.
