Duties

As an In Home Nursing Manager you will provide coordination and management to the In Home Nursing Services Team including staff and budget management in consultation with the Regional Business Manager. The position will manage and oversee the clinical practice of the Nurses and coordination of rosters. You will facilitate a high quality service provision that is responsive to community needs and to ensure optimal outcomes for all clients.

Skills

And Experience

To apply for this position, you will be an experienced Community Nurse Manager with a solid understanding of DVA, HITH, TCP and TAC referrals. Also essential to the role are:
  • Current AHPRA registration - Division 1 RN
  • Demonstrated experience of comprehensive client assessment
  • High level administrative and organisational skills
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Experience of community based nursing care
  • Staff management experience - particularly in Community Nursing.
