Complete Care Health is a multidisciplinary practice offering Chiropractic Physiotherapy and Remedial Massage across four clinics, in Wembley, Osborne Park, Ellenbrook and Maddington.

Job Description:

We are looking for Receptionist/ Marketing person required to fill a part time position 20 hours per week to start. The position will be mainly based at our Wembley and Osborne Park clinic, with occasional shifts required at the other clinic. Will be combination of Reception shifts and Marketing shifts working with the Director on marketing strategies and requirements.

Key Reception/Marketing Duties

  • Scheduling patient appointments and diary management for all clinics, using cliniko.
  • Greeting and registering patients.
  • General administrative duties & light cleaning.
  • Generating patient accounts and invoices.
  • Processing EFT payments and Medical fund rebates through Hicaps machine
  • End of day payment reconciliation using HICAPS & Cliniko.
  • Assisting Practitioners where practical to ensure smooth running of clinic.
  • Data entry of patient information.
  • Answering phone enquiries for all four clinics.
  • Liaise with GP’s and other entities to follow up referrals, reports, insurance details for patient.
  • Completing banking deposit.
  • Assisting with Stock control and stock take if needed.
  • Social Media (Facebook content creation and updates)
  • Website content
  • Marketing using Adwords platform & marketing strategies liaising with Corporate clients.

Required Skills

  • Prior reception/ admin experience, medical setting preferred.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task accordingly.
  • Immaculate, professional grooming and presentation.
  • High levels of self-management and organisational skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with all stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A flexible approach to changing priorities and parameters
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Proven experience developing and managing online and social media campaigns
  • Maintain website content- update as new staff/services are offered
  • Ability to translate google adword reports
  • strategize and identify opportunities for growth and visibility of the company in the wider community

Desirable Skills

  • Photography
  • Videography and postproduction skills
  • Knowledge of cliniko and Hicaps advantageous but not necessary.
  • Ability to present and create marketing budget reports for adwords campaigns

Remuneration: Will depend on level of experience
