Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager Residential, the Regional Manager is a key role within the senior management team responsible for the overall direction, service and business outcomes of the RSL LifeCare Residential at Home portfolio within a designated region. The position encompasses both strategic and operational elements and ensures all facilities within the region provide the highest quality resident-centered care. As the successful candidate, you will work across all aspects of operational planning and governance, working closely with the General Manager - Residential to ensure high levels of performance across people management, resident and community relations, risk management and quality. You will also ensure high levels of stakeholder representation. This position plays a key role in delivering the RSL LifeCare strategic goals for their area of responsibility, while driving continuous improvement across service delivery and compliance. This position assumes primary responsibility for achieving and maintaining legislative compliance including, but not limited to, compliance with the Aged Care Act 1997.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be an effective and experienced leader with a passion for people development and a track record of galvanising high levels of engagement and building strong, cohesive teams. Further demonstrable skills will include excellent commercial acumen, exceptional execution skills that achieve high performance outcomes and an ability to engage people to deliver on a compelling vision. Applications are welcome from leaders with significant senior management experience in the Health or Aged Care setting and sound experience in financial management and performance.
