Where you will be working

The charming, historical small country town of Finley is located in the majestic Murray river offering parklands, forest trails, water skiing, fishing, camping and kayaking.

Our Hospital is a 16 bed acute service also providing an emergency department. Community health services include ACAT, occupational therapy, speech pathology, audiometry, community nursing and child and family health nursing.

About the Opportunity

The Nurse Manager is responsible for the day to day operational management of nursing and other clinical and non-clinical support services at the facility level to provide safe compassionate person centred care through the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve safe quality care outcomes that meet the goals of the individual at the facility.
