Your Opportunity:

The Account Manager is responsible for driving the growth, revenue, profitability and volume of all SRC products (solution selling) within Hospital accounts and Specialist referrers, developing joint strategies alongside key internal stakeholders, to maximise sales and consequentially, leading to Philips and Sleepeasy brand awareness and preference.

This role will apply strong strategic product and services mindset, commercial thinking, stakeholder management, problem solving ability and interpersonal skills, underpinned with sound clinical understanding in order to best position the Philips products and Sleepeasy Centres as devices and therapy of preference within the hospital and Specialist referring accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue, profitability and volume of Sleep and Respiratory Care Products

  • Forecasting and provision of LV (Latest View) for monthly and quarterly reporting

  • Funnel management to ensure strong pipeline and pipeline velocity to meet financial metrics

  • Formulate territory growth strategies, initiating and executing a strong business plan including the identification of new business opportunities to achieve profitable growth

  • Closely work with the marketing team on growth opportunities and key activities to execute strategic imperatives

  • Drive referral numbers to Sleepeasy centres

  • Act as single point of contact for customers for Philips product portfolio

  • Coordinates internal and external resources to obtain objectives involving local and sales force and marketing resources (Clinical Applications Specialists, Technical Sales Specialist, Product Specialist, Product Mangers, Business Manager)

  • Works with respective internal stakeholders (Operations Manager, Customer Service, Product Managers) on pricing, supply chain, resolution of ordering issues etc as required

  • Participate in marketing activities including, but not limited to Philips Learning Academy (PLA), Trade shows and conferences

  • Systematically analysing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends

  • Maintenance of CRM with recent sales field activities and market intelligence

We are also looking for
  • Clinical / Science background with medical devices sales experience

  • 3 – 5 years Consultative Selling, Account Management, business development experience within medical devices/ Pharmaceutical industry

  • Clinical knowledge in Respiratory, Sleep Medicine or Sleep-related disease, would be highly desirable.

  • Ability to interpret reports – sales revenue, customer and product statistics

  • Outstanding time management and prioritization skills and commercial thinking ability.
