What you'll be doing

An experienced Pharmacy Assistant is required to cover shifts at both Byron Central Hospital and Murwillumbah District Hospital Pharmacy departments. Assisting in the delivery of hospital pharmacy services Candidates must have previous experience in either a Hospital or Community Pharmacy setting

Selection criteria

Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated intermediate (or above) level of competency in the use of IT systems for work related tasks
Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work both cohesively as part of a team or autonomously with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to work to specified timeframes
Prior experience in hospital or retail pharmacy, or prior experience in healthcare related work, is desirable but not essential
Valid unrestricted drivers’ licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
